    Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business day of receipt of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially in the lead up to holiday periods), shipments may be slightly delayed but we will endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.  

    All orders are shipped with door-to-door tracking. You will receive your tracking number from us via email where you can enter your tracking code and get updates from Australia Post. Click here to view the status of your delivery.

    Australian Shipping    

    • Standard AU Shipping $9.95 - $15.95 (Delivery 2 - 7 business days)    
    • Express AU Shipping $15.95 - $24.95 (Delivery 2 - 4 business days)      
    • Tracking number provided on all orders

    We deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, Gold Coast, Cairns, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and regional Australia.

    Please note we always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible but cannot control Australia Post or courier delivery times.

    We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

    Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

    You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

    Delivery Address

    It is the obligation of the customer to ensure their delivery address is correct.

    Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or re-delivery fees.

    Each Exclusive accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or Each Exclusive acted reasonably when delivering the goods.

    Once delivered in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer.

    If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for shipping. Alternatively, we can ship your order to your correct address. The shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.

    PO boxes delivery

    Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect Lockers or Private Bags. We must have a physical address within Australia, including rural areas and regional centres.

    Customer Obligations

    Customers must supply Each Exclusive with a valid contact email.

    Each Exclusive accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.
