We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We accept returns on our products provided they are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened or the seal broken. If seals appear to be tampered with or broken on receipt of your returned product, we will not be able to honour a refund.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs.
Do not return your parcel without our prior approval.
